Is there a possibility I could have a reaction to a Curious Herb product?Whilst it is rare, using natural plant and herb ingredients cannot eliminate the possibility of an individual skin reaction. We always recommend doing a patch test if you are using a product for the first time and are concerned you may be sensitive or have allergies. If you have specific allergies please check the ingredients. Please note that nearly all Curious Herb products contain nut derivatives and may not be suitable for those with nut allergies. In the unlikely event that you have a reaction, please contact curious@thecuriousherb.co.uk . If you feel you require immediate medical attention, please contact your health care practitioner.

When will I receive my order?The Curious Herb is founded on the principle of small batch production and most products are made to order to guarantee quality and freshness. This means that turn around times from order to delivery usually takes a couple of weeks.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I cancel or change my order?Once an order has been successfully placed, there is a short window in which you are able to cancel or amend your order. This is because The Curious Herb will start preparing orders without delay. In the event that you wish to cancel the order, please email Curious@thecuriousherb.co.uk.

Where is my order?We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is on the way. Orders are usually despatched within two weeks of placing an order. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery following receipt of despatch notification. Please visit the Delivery & Returns page for more information

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?The Curious Herb has high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect or damaged item. Please email The Curious Herb with the details and we will resolve it. How do I pay for my order?The Curious Herb accepts all major credit cards, Paypal and Apple Pay through a secured payment system. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. We are unable to accept bank transfer and cash payments. All payments are independently processed through third-party services. As a result, The Curious Herb does not collect any payment information – such as credit card details – but only receives a notification once the payment has been successfully completed. If a payment fails or is refused by the payment service provider, The Curious Herb is under no obligation to fulfil the purchase order.
