REPORTING AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM

We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect or damaged item. Please email curious@thecuriousherb.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the issue with minimal inconvenience. If your item arrived damaged, please email a photo.

 

RETURNING AN ITEM​

If you wish to return an item, we are sorry that you were not happy with your purchase. Please email curious@thecuriousherb.co.uk and we can arrange a refund or exchange of items if they are returned in an unopened condition, within 14 days of receipt. We are unable to exchange or refund opened or used items

RETURNS AND REFUNDS PROCESS​

To start the process of a return or refund please do the following:

• Contact The Curious Herb through email. You will need your order number, this can be found on your order confirmation email. 

• If your item arrived damaged, please email the photo.

• If requested by The Curious Herb please post your item back at the address provided to you. 

• The Curious Herb aims to complete your refund within 10-14 days of us receiving the package but please note that at times this process can take a little longer.
